Eveline GerckSenior Advisor
Eveline is an Advisory Board Member at Arrivato and works as an operating partner leading companies growth focusing on value creation. She is an expert in bridging the gap between finance and operations, working closely with management teams in evaluating, implementing and tracking growth initiatives that drive incremental EBITDA. Her work centers on analyzing corporate performance, realigning market and product strategies targeting revenue growth and driving profitability improvement through cost reductions, financial optimization and strategic changes. Ms. Gerck has a reputation for strategic global vision and vast experience in the consumer goods, retail, business services, investments, industrials (manufacturing), engineering, construction, oil & gas, and alternative energy sectors.
She is the CEO of Alternative Projects International advising Family Offices and private owned companies in growth and performance improvement, and also a Certified Independent Consultant at AlixPartners’ performance improvement group.
Previously, Ms. Gerck worked for Lagoa Capital Partners and Trust Company of the West private equity and venture capital funds, analyzing investments and leading the operational and financial improvement of their portfolio companies, driving revenues and profitability to top-levels. There she served on the board of directors of portfolio companies and as their interim CEO and CFO multiple times.
Before working with private equity and venture capital, Ms. Gerck was an Institutional Investor ranked analyst who led over $40 Billion in equity and high yield debt deals including IPOs, recapitalizations, M&As and growth equity at investment banks JP Morgan Chase, Nomura and Smith Barney.
Ms. Gerck currently serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of Yad Sarah and The Experience Resorts.
She holds a BS in Civil Engineering, an MS/CSS in Entrepreneurship from Harvard University and an MBA from Smith Business School at the University of Maryland at College Park.
