Leadership and Experience in Economic Development

This is a very good approach that integrates government and private citizens to rebuild communities.

While this sounds exciting and everyone is out raising capital…we need to ensure we are bringing the right people into rebuilding these communities.

Just do not hand money over to anyone raising a fund.   Look at the leadership and experience behind these funds.   Make sure the strategies will make economic sense.

Let’s use our value and leadership to create better places to live and work, elevate businesses that create more jobs and better economics.  Let’s make sure we are creating opportunities that train citizens for the jobs of today and aligning jobs for the local workforce.

And at the same time, these strategies can also become structured to compelling economically.
