Mary Lonzetta

Operations Director

Mary is a member of the Board of Advisors and brings a broad spectrum of knowledge in program and project management with a concentration in the health care arena.

For the past decade, Mary was a Program Manager at Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and was instrumental in managing projects that provided core infrastructure and call center technology to all sectors of the J&J business.

Mary is a self-motivated business leader with a record of success driving complex, global enterprise initiatives and translating business strategies into executable plans. She has a passion for building and empowering high performing teams and creating strong collaboration with global stakeholders at all levels.

Mary thinks cross-functionally to apply business and financial management consulting services to a diverse client base from start-ups to large multi-national corporations across industries, including healthcare and electronics.

Mary led a multi-year Global Shared Service Call Center Initiative where she oversaw development of call center architecture, infrastructure designs, cost estimates, and implementation of call center and infrastructure services in multiple locations globally.

Mary managed a globally dispersed team of 12-17 associates to build Shared Service Centers in Manila, Tampa, Prague, and Bogota. The Shared Service Centers provide 140K employees across 58 countries access to the global shared services platform for assistance with HR, Procurement, Payroll, and Finance services. Mary created and led a global PMO, established team structure, developed and implemented a program governance structure, agile framework, and reporting metrics, resulting in improved communication transparency and decreased escalations.

Mary is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and graduate coursework towards a Masters In Science degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
