Stop Trying To Win The Argument

I believe one of the biggest weaknesses we have as human beings is the insistence that we are always right.

It is often dangerous when we do not know what we do not know.

As a human being, especially as a leader or just among colleagues, friends, or your spouse, I believe the framework must be in place to work together to simply find the right answer.
