Krystel Armand

Krystel Armand began her career as an auditor for KPMG in Washington D.C.

She left KPMG in 2011 as Manager to return to her home country Haiti where she joined the executive team of Compagnie d’Assurance d’Haiti, an insurance company offering Life and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance in Haiti, as V.P. of Finance.

In 2021, Krystel founded an insurance brokerage firm out of Miami Florida.

Krystel has been a Board member of the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF) since 2020. She heads the Wealth Building committee of HACCOF and as such is a driving force in building the agenda to grow the Wealth in the Haitian diaspora.

In addition to being a mother of two children, Krystel is passionate about helping individuals of all ages reach their potential. Over the past decade, she used her free time to teach practical business skills to entrepreneurs and professionals through her platform Xponential Learning. She also writes children’s books with the same objective, under the banner “La Petite Petra.”

Krystel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University in 2005 and graduated with honors from Lycée Alexandre Dumas, Port-au-Prince, Haiti in 2002.
